French Beef Burgundy Crock Pot Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 cup flour

1 tsp salt

4 lbs boneless beef chuck, cut into 1 inch cubes

1 tsp pepper

4 Tbs olive oil

2 onions, sliced

16 button mushrooms, sliced

1 cup fresh parsley, minced

6 cloves garlic, minced

4 bay leaves

2 cups burgundy wine

1 cup beef broth

Instructions:

Combine the flour, salt and pepper. Dredge the beef cubes in the flour mixture and brown in the olive oil in a skillet. Place the beef and remaining ingredients into the slow cooker and mix thoroughly to combine. Cover, cook on Low for 4-6 hours or on High for 2-3 hours.
